TransfuSafe & TransfusIO

TransfuSafe is a suite of applications that digitalizes the entire blood transfusion chain, from donor management to hemovigilance. Its TransfusIO module embeds artificial intelligence into the system to strengthen the reliability and traceability of the process.

Originally designed under the name 'Safe Blood Management System', the project was selected in 2024 by the Togo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIT) among the research projects to be developed and implemented. A functional version is available; a national rollout is being planned.
